Laci McCrea is a contemporary artist specializing in figurative work focusing on the feeling. She has a unique way of capturing an individuals emotion so that the viewer can see beyond their eyes into their soul. "Art has been my passion all along. I live, eat, breath, survive to create. My obsession: digging into one's true emotions, one's true self. Why do we try to hide our pain? Why do we pretend to be someone we are not? What is really going on inside your heart? I crave to express the depths of humans through the curves of their skin, and the light in their eyes. The happiness and the sorrows I experience in others and myself inspire the colors and shapes on my canvas. I will never stop, for it is the purpose of my life."
